While performing the breathalyzer test, a video is recorded of the person blowing into the device.

You are able to create a fixed schedule or let the system randomly generate up to 4 tests per day.

You get a text message and an email about an hour before each scheduled test, with the time the test must be completed by.

You are able to add unlimited monitors and viewers to the account. A monitor is able to create schedules, adjust billing and cancel memberships. A viewer is able to view and download reports.

There are raw reports as well as monthly PDF reports. There's also a QR code generated for every report to verify data.

The reminder text and email tell you the time each test is due. If a test isn't completed within an hour of that time, it is recorded as missed.

The test is recorded as missed in your test history and reports, and your monitors, viewers and you can get an email about it, depending on each person's notification settings.

A reading of 0.08% BAC or higher is marked as failed. Every reading is saved with its exact BAC, so monitors can see any amount of alcohol, not only failed tests.

Yes. A schedule can generate up to 4 random tests a day between the hours you choose, and a monitor can also send a test right away when they want one.

Only when you take a test. The app records your location with each test so monitors can see where it was taken. If your phone can't provide a location, an approximate location is estimated from your internet connection.

Test videos are kept for more than five years, so they're available if your monitors, a lawyer or a court need them later.

The i Alco Supreme uses an electrochemical fuel cell sensor, the same type of sensor used in professional breathalyzers, and measures from 0.000% to 0.400% BAC. It should be recalibrated every 12 months or 500 tests.

There's no contract. The subscription is $79 a month plus applicable taxes, and you can cancel anytime from the Subscription page in your account.

The person who signs up pays for the subscription and the breathalyzer. Monitors can manage billing on the accounts they monitor, and companies and treatment centres can pay for the people they add.
